Local man took us on canoe, he was great at locating all snakes, lizards and monkeys for us, he was happy that we could experience this with him and was always trying to make us laugh. “We really enjoyed this trip. Although busy it much less rushed and over crowded than Phi Phi. The speed boat ride to the Moken village was very rough and took longer than exploring to the weather. However the guides were prepared with travel sickness pills, boiled sweets and sick bags. I recommend taking the pills if offered. Those that didn’t suffered- the guides clearly know what to expect! We found the village very interesting and our guide explained a lot about the history of the people. The snorkel sites were good and we had plenty of time to see lots of fish. Overall we found this trip very enjoyable- however…”
