My guide for the day was To and I was the only person visiting the sanctuary at this time. He was very informative and we did a run through of what I was doing. He was happy to answer any questions I had. I started off with grabbing a basket of sugar cane and bananas and I got to feed the elephants there. They are rescued from situations like being in the circus, etc and rehabilitated to live a better life. They have only been open recently earlier…”

“This is a great experience for all parts. the interactions and viewing of the elephants are ethical and close up. Waterfall is a nice break from the heat. the tsunami memorial and nearby temple are special stops. The turtle conservatory allows you see the breeding program up close and saw hundreds of newly born sea turtles. Lunch was also at a good location where you swim while waiting for delicious good. The guides of the tour do everything in their power to give you the best experience possible. A big thank you to Mr. Win for making my trip memorable.”
